Today, nonionic detergents are proving to be the most useful in the extraction and purification of membrane proteins. Nonionic detergents are often comprised of a sugar base or a polyxoyethylene head group.
Examples include:
CHAPS, Big-CHAPS, Deoxy-Big CHAPS, Triton X-100, Tween 20, Tween 80 and many others.
We also offer commonly used groups of detergents such as sugar-based, mega and NDSBs
