Shipping

We ship via FEDEX, UPS or USPS Ground Service. Some products require shipping by UPS Next Day, with that information contained in the product description.  The shipping method during checkout is called P212121, LLC since we use different carriers.

In the summer months we avoid shipping certain products over the weekend as well as ship by UPS Next Day Air in order to minimize exposure to hot conditions. Orders placed on Friday, in general, will not ship until the following Monday.

International Shipping

We do offer international shipping simply complete this form and we will follow up with a shipping quote.  We do not cover local taxes, fees or duties for shipments only the actual shipping cost.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened products received from P212121 within 10 days. If the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.) we will pay the cost of the return shipping.

If the return is a result of an error by the purchasing agent, the shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer as well as a restocking fee.  We have certain items that are ineligible for returns including all HAZMAT items, please contact us in order to determine these fees prior to ordering.

Products must be in the condition you received them, in the original box and/or packaging and must be returned using the same shipping method as the original shipment.
