Vorinostat (SAHA) is a potent class I and II histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor with IC50 of less than 86 nM.
Solubility: Soluble in DMSO at 66 mg/mL; soluble in ethanol at 2 mg/mL with slight warming; very poorly soluble in water; maximum solubility in plain water is estimated to be about 20-50 µM; buffers, serum, or other additives may increase or decrease the aqueous solu.
Storage: Store at or below -20 ºC.
