Protein A Resin is an affinity chromatography medium designed for easy, one-step purification of classes, subclasses and fragments of immunoglobulins from biological fluids and from cell culture media.

This product combines recombinant Protein A immobilized on a 6% agarose bead and feature very low Protein A leakage. Already incorporated in commercial manufacturing processes, performance parameters are well characterized and accepted in the industry and can be easily incorporated into large and small processes, especially for therapeutics with sensitivity to leached Protein A contamination. This resin is ideal for bench to commercial scale production of therapeutic and diagnostic antibodies. PureSelect Protein A-Agarose incorporates our animal-free recombinant Protein A ligand with a highly cross linked agarose bead.
