Quincy Lab

The versatile Quincy Lab Economy (Econ.) incubators were created tp provide dependable compact incubator for laboratories that handle the incubation of cultures, test kits, eggs and biologicals. Available in two sizes (0.7 cu.ft. or 2.0 cu.ft.), with either an acrylic or steel door and the added option of forced-air (FA). The steel door option allows a higher maximum temperature than the acrylic door (increases from 62°C to 93°C). All units are UL and C/UL listed for laboratory equipment.

All digital models feature a large LED and have the added convenience of both digital temperature input as well as digital temperature display. All digital models also have a unique temperature tracking feature that stores temperature deviation from the set point. This feature helps to confirm stability or indicate any control malfunction or power loss throughout a process period. Also, a setting lock mode that protects against inadvertent adjustment is featured in all digital models.

All Quincy Lab incubators are backed by a full 18 month warranty.

Shel Lab

Available with either an air jacket (AJ) or water jacket (WJ). Multiple variations are available including a wider double door model and dual-stacked (Dual) floor models. Shel Lab digital laboratory incubators come in a wide variety of sizes from 2.0 cu.ft. to 38.6 cu.ft.

Shel Lab digital laboratory incubators offer a degree of temperature uniformity usually reserved for more expensive, application specific models. This high level of performance is due to a precise microprocessor controller and either a unique warm air jacket (AJ) design or bacterial-growth resistant water jacket (WJ) design.

Quincy Lab Economy Acrylic Door Laboratory Incubator

Features a bronze colored acrylic door allowing viewing of contents without having to open the door.

Quincy Lab Economy Steel Door Laboratory Incubator

The Quincy Lab 180 incubator line-up features a steel door allowing a maximum temperature of 93°C (compared to 62°C [140 series]).

Available as a 0.7 cu.ft / 20 L model (Model 10-180E), a 2.0 cu.ft /57 L model (Model 12-180E), a 0.7 cu.ft /20 L forced-air model (10-180AE), or as a 2.0 cu.ft./57 L forced-air model (Model 12-180AE).

Shel Lab Air-Jacketed (AJ) Laboratory Incubators

The GI series incubators by Shel Lab is the standard for laboratory incubators. The air-jacketed (AJ) models have a triple wall construction allowing heated air to circulate within an open plenum between the inner chamber and exterior walls. This design does not require blowers or fans within the incubator chamber where samples are susceptible to cross contamination and the drying effects of convection. Five strategically placed heating elements, including a heated outer door, ensure uniform heating even when the incubator chamber is fully loaded. In addition to the standard design features offered in Shel Lab's digital laboratory incubators, the GI series also offers a heated outer door and a stainless steel interior. This superior line of incubators has created a level of comfort and convenience for professionals that is unrivaled.

Available as a 2.0 cu.ft / 55 L benchtop model (Model GI2), 5.7 cu.ft /162 L floor model (Model GI6), 6.5 cu.ft /184 L under counter model (Model GI7), a double door 10.8 cu.ft /306 L (Model GI11), or as a 11.4 cu.ft./324 L double stacked unit (Model GI12).

Shel Lab Large Capacity Forced Air-Jacketed (AJ) Laboratory Incubators

The RI incubator series provides extra large capacities while minimizing the amount of floor space needed. The temperature in this large space is kept uniform by integrating a highly responsive microprocessor with an appropriately sized heating element. An independent secondary temperature controller offers the added security of over temperature protection.

The unique forced air circulation system creates a one-pass circulation pattern that provides both exceptional temperature uniformity and rapid heat recovery. The chamber floors are ruggedly reinforced to support roller apparatus or shakers. The RI series is supplied with six sturdy shelves that will not sag or bend under heavy loads.

Available in 30.8 cu.ft / 872 L (Model RI28), or 38.6 cu.ft./1092 L (Model RI40).

Shel Lab Water-Jacketed (WJ) Laboratory Incubators

Water Jacket Incubators provide excellent temperature uniformity. Both the water jacket and the heated door design eliminate condensation on the walls and glass door. Copper strip in the water jacket inhibits bacteria growth. The microprocessor temperature control allows digital temperature set and read-out to 0.1 ̊C. Incubators are available as a single chamber unit or over/under unit and feature a full-length inner glass door for visual checks without disturbing incubation. Through-wall access port allows roller apparatus, rocker or stirrer operation. Adjustable leveling feet compensate for uneven surfaces. All 3000 Series Incubators are supplied with a humidity pan.
