-In this paper, researchers obtained HuS(N88C) with a free C88 SH-group, BHRNase(N88C) was incubated at 4 °C for 16 h in the presence of 1.5-fold molar excess of DTT and 0.5 M NDSB-221. Unfortunately, they probably overpaid for their NDSB since they purchased this item from Novagen, but nice to see the molecule was beneficial.
