Magenta-phos PT is a white to off-white microcrystalline powder that is used as a substrate for visualization of alkaline phosphatase activity. The end product is insoluble and magenta colored when used with Nitroblue Tetrazolium. This end product is visually detected. Magenta-phos PT is DMF soluble.
