LB agar capsules are in convenient premeasured and pre-mixed capsules. Prebuffered media eliminates pH adjustments. Simply add 40g to one liter of water, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes at 121°C. Capsules contain all necessary ingredients for maintenance and propagation of E. coli.
Supplied as 1 gm or 20gm media per capsule.
