Amberchrom CG300M chromatographic grade resin is designed for use in capture, purification, and polishing steps of downstream processing protocols of growth factors and other polypeptides, like insulin. The resin is comonly used in bioprocessing and biochromatography.
Amberchrom CG300M is supplied in a slurry containing 20% ethanol. This resin is ideally suited for operation with the entire pH range and can be easily cleaned in place (CIP) with most organic solvents and dilute acids and bases.
