PBS Solution:

1X solution contains 137 mM Sodium Chloride, 2.7 mM Potassium Chloride, and 10 mM Phosphate Buffer.

Does not contain calcium or magnesium.

PBS Tablets:

Add one tablet per 100ml of purified water for a 1x solution of PBS.

PBS/Tween 20 10x solution formulation is 1% Tween 20 in 10x PBS
