Calcineurin A alpha (PPP3CA),is located on human chromosomes 4, Chromosomal mapping of the human genes for the calmodulin-dependent protein phosphatase (calcineurin) catalytic subunit. Calcineurin regulates bone formation by the osteoblast. |
