(Abhydrolase domain containing 10 mitochondrial2; FLJ11342; EC 3.4.-.-.; Mycophenolic acid acyl-glucuronide esterase, mitochondrial; Uniprot AAH14516; Entrez 55347)
Abhydrolase domain-containing protein 10 (ABHD10) is a member of the AB hydrolase superfamily. ADHD10 contains a alpha/beta hydrolase fold catalyzes the deglucuronidation of mycophenolic acid acyl-glucuronide, a metabolite of the immunosuppressant drug mycophenolate.1 ABHD10 catalyzes the following conversion Mycophenolic acid O-acyl-glucuronide + H2O = mycophenolate + D-glucuronate.1
ABHD10 Human Recombinant produced in E. coli is a single polypeptide chain containing 279 amino acids (53-306) and having a molecular mass of 30.9kDa. ABHD10 is fused to a 25 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
