The Rapid Coomassie Blue is an innovative dye formulation which allows is absorbed by the protein and not the gel matrix.  This coomassie dye is supplied as a 20X concentrated solution and has a shelf life of approximately six months at room temperature.

Usage:
1) incubate gel in TCA for 10 minutes
2 incubate gel in stain for 20 to 40 minutes. 
Stain is designed to detect as little as 7.9 ng of protein within one hour of electrophoresis.  Rapid Coomassie Blue is compatible with silver staining.
